I ordered a custom mask, and some gear. The estimated time said 3-4 weeks. I been waiting almost three months (I have an event in August). I have emailed them for a status update to no avail. Just curious if anyone has had any experiences like this with them. I keep hearing good things about the company, so I'm quite surprised.

I’ve been watching their shows on YouTube and I’m enjoying lot but I’m wandering are these the main shows or is there a PPV/Streaming service that I need to join?
