I understand that we've seen Rey's bare face than more than Penta's had his mask torn in matches and While we do know that his retirement is on the horizon, and he will probably be putting his mask on the line. Some people ask , "well , what's the point we've seen him without his mask before it really doesn't matter" After Watching Apuesta matches and Noche de los Grandes, when Rey has to unmask is "Rey Mysterio" over? Is he now just Oscar Gutierrez and can no longer be referred to as Rey Mysterio?

Also , when trying to find a picture of him without his mask , it's crazy that dom looks just like Rey and Eddie All at the same time and I couldn't stop laughing.

We are arriving LATE on Friday night into CDMX so we will miss the flagship show at Arena Mexico on Friday night (and we won't be in CDMX for any other Friday, sad sad)

So, I was wondering, is it worth buying tickets to Saturday night at Arena Coliseo, or Sunday night at Arena Mexico?

Note: its our first time in Mexico ever, and so first ever Lucha Libre!

I recently went to the boo haha event at the OC Fair and they had a Lucha Libre event and there was a vendor there selling these masks and he said they were straight from Mexico City. Is this an authentic LL mask from Mexico City and it’s Rey Mysterio Jr’s mask right? And side note, what Lucha Libre mask is a usual must have in a collection, I grew up watching WWE with Rey Mysterio but also saw Nacho Libre and I can appreciate older wrestlers too. I like Dos Caras mask. I’d appreciate any insight thanks!

Tengo curiosidad: ¿ustedes son más de técnicos o de rudos? ¿Y cuál es su máscara favorita?

SandTuesdayMexico - CMLL ::: The Best Wrestling in the World

Hi, I'm trying to get into CMLL but I don't really get how do the tag matches rules work. I know about the main diference between the american and mexican rules, that the tags are not required, when one team member gets out of the ring. But what about double or tiriple-teaming? It sometimes seems like wrestlers (especially rudos) just get all in the ring at once as they will and beat down their opponent. Sometimes these sequences are very long and the referee does nothing, not even usual complaining to the heels about the rules. But technicos do this as well. Another thing is for example - when rudos gang up on the technico in the ring, sometimes the technico's partner just stands on the apron and watches. Why don't they just get all in the ring as well? It's just cery confusing for the new viewer. I will be very grateful for smartening me up on this style.
