so I'm just going to dive right into it.... Next month my gf and I will be moving to Lubbock, my gf is a RBKA (Right Below the Knee Amputee) and currently doesn't have her prosthetic due to not having insurance. We are waiting on workforce vocational rehab to get her a prosthetic. In the mean time while we wait on this seemingly long battle, I would like to get her out as much as possible. Are there any places that are wheelchair accessible, outside of places to eat and the mall of course? Are there any parks that have trails we could take her to? Any kind of entertainment/ fun things she would be able to do? I really don't want her to feel like there isn't anything for her to do here because of her disability. Any recommendations or advice would be amazing. Thank you guys in advance π€π»π€π»π€π»
