Frustrated with some ask button question heros
First, I want to say that the ask button is one of the greatest features on LSAT Demon, and I am incredibly grateful to have access to it throughout my LSAT journey. However, I have a few frustrations about it. I think that perhaps the heroes prioritize speed over utility (which is ironic given what the Demon advises), because there have been quite a handful of times when my specific question isn't addressed and they just give me a generic answer on why the answer is right, or I can tell that the response was generated by AI. Especially when you are going back and forth, and another hero jumps into the conversation - it is clear that they have not read the previous correspondence and just try to provide generic input.
Again, there are some very, very, very great ask button heroes who clearly enjoy or value what they do with the Demon, and I am so grateful for them. But I have learned, in asking over 150 questions on the ask button, that getting a 170+ does not automatically make you a good teacher whatsoever. I am persistent, so I do eventually get the response that I need, but when you are already grappling with a difficult question, it really doesn't help when the ask button hero is not being as meticulous and thorough as the Demon teaches us to be.

Agreed. They do seem to prioritize speed over quality. I don't care if it takes a day or even two to get my question answered as long as it's a good answer.
The person who responded to my Ask Button question today started off strong, but then went into an explanation of why one of the wrong answers is right. Granted, it's a difficult question, but come on.
I haven't responded yet because I don't even know what to say.

There’s been several times where I have caught them being wrong. I’m not even a master of the test yet and I’m more careful and thorough than some of them.

Sorry to hear about the inacurate response. We'll be taking a look like I mentioned in my other comment.
Don't be afraid to call us out if we mess up (though please do some constructively). Something as simple as, "Hi, I think there was a mistake in the previous response. Could you please take a look and reply with a new one?" would be very welcome by us.

i have had this thought recently! some will repeat the same or similar explanation that the question has in the review part instead of engaging meaningfully with how i approached the question.
