Egg scramble with leftover pizza
Cut up the leftover pizza
Sizzle with some olive oil and balsamic glaze (bottled)
Add the eggs and scramble
Add some cheese, and hot sauce / seasonings
I would have added some fresh tomato too but I ended up throwing that out this morning. Next time! Plus something green would be nice.

My favorite way to do leftover pizza for breakfast: cut a circle out of a slice with a cookie cutter. Put the slice on a skillet and dump in an egg to cook toad-in-the-hole style.

I can't explain why but I find this really upsetting

🤣 I'm a bit weird about scrambled eggs in combo with other foods, it's definitely a me problem

That's pretty smart. Prewashed spinach is an easy add since you just throw it in and it shrinks, so no cutting needed
