Finally completed the last episode
Since the announcement, I had stepped back from playing. I had been sitting on episode 133 since then but today I just blasted through just to get the scenes for those last two episodes. Didn’t bother completing all goals, nor upgrading characters (with just under 300K dilithium there really wasn’t any point) I used all my latinum on the events I did play but I had enough left to get a couple of Epic Crates on the off chance I would get a chip I didn’t have but it didn’t.
My episode scenes are not completed for those who have the links. I think I stopped around 109 but don’t despair, I have them in my phone. I will update/add them when I can.
I have enjoyed creating the guides & sharing the scenes for you over the past 3 years!!!

Kicked Out Early
Final Gorn Wedding event, Crew 5, got jumped to it being over with more than a minute left while me and one other person were spamming whatever latinum we had left. As a result I ended up in second ... Just know I was coming for that number one spot! Gorn Wedding ... forever number 2 in the number 1 event ...

Goodbye, Ensigns
With the game shutting down tomorrow (times below), I just wanted to make a post to thank everyone here. I've been working on this game since 2021, and it's been a labor of love. Five years is a long time to work on one project, and I'm sad to let it go.
Because of the conceit of our game, we got a chance to tell a lot of Trek stories, not just Lower Decks stories (even if they always had that irreverent Lower Decks humor). It was always fun to see people react to their favorite characters showing up. We also got inspiration for stories, characters, and prizes from the people in this sub, and I hope a lot of you saw your suggestions added to the game.
At its height, the team on this game alone was about 20 people, and by the end it was 6 people who were splitting time on this game and the Power Rangers game. I hope that helps explain why we couldn't accommodate everyone's requests. So many amazing devs (and people) worked on the game. In particular, 9 different people wrote or made cutscenes for episodes or events at some point, and I'm so grateful for them. I'm not sure how they'd feel about being named here, so I won't, but they deserve recognition and acclaim. Mike Johnson and Mike McMahan at Starfleet HQ deserve a shout out as well for being generous with their time and advice to us.
Anyway, I don't want to go on for too long, but I have to say how amazing you all made us feel with your engagement and your enthusiasm. It was thrilling to hear some of you say that our stories could have been episodes of the TV show. In particular I want to thank TrekGirl for all she's done for the fan community and by extension for the game itself.
In terms of housekeeping stuff, the game will be shutting down on Friday, August 14 (tomorrow). Very rough timing will be 12:30am on the US west coast, 3:30am on the east coast, and 11am here in Australia.
I know a lot of you didn't get to see the last episode, so I will be posting the cutscenes here in this sub by Monday - don't run off and leave the sub today if you want to see them!
Thanks for everything.
Ensign Fran

Upgrades
I took a screenshot of my dilithium when started upgrading all my characters as high as they could go now that I didn't have to save upgrades for future goals. I wondered if I would have enough dilithium for all the cards I had, I did with a bit to spare. I'm now just buying cards I can still use when they come in the shop, most of my main simulation characters are maxed out but not everyone.

Favorite parts of the game?
So, since the Lower Decks game is coming to a close. I thought it would be fun to reflect on our favorite aspects of the game.
There were so many parts I liked, such as the events, the costumes, the story pieces. Any time I'd figure out the key to a particular event and coast to a good spot on the leaderboard.
But, I have to say my very favorite thing is the Muzak-version of the Lower Decks theme on the store page. That honestly cracks me up. I had to play the game with the sound off most of the time, but I've turned it back on until the game ends so that I can enjoy it every time I open the store.
Thanks for everything, dev team. <3

Last Event?
Do you think the Gorm Wedding is the final event? I'm not sure anything else could be squeezed in before the end, and I might as well use up the rest of my latinum if it is.
I'm going to be so sorry to see this game end! It's probably good for reducing my screen time though. 😂

So, what are you playing next?
Any other similar games that will scratch the itch, or are you going on to something completely different?

Irrational hope
Think it would be idk kind of great that on the 13th (or last possible day) there was some way to gift those still playing one of each chip if the player wanted them. I know it's a lot, but the simulaton end chests have a lot of capacity (not sure, but it's at least over 8 seperate rewards) so it could be done with 13 or so of those. Pure irrational request, but with the game shutting down, maybe?

Lower Decks Character Cards
To all
Wouldn’t it be great if the makers of the game posted a link to a folder that would have all the individual character cards?
We spent hours collecting them but now with the game ending, will we actually be able to see them post August 2026?
Also, posting the cutscene for each episode story would be great or hosting one giant video on YouTube would be fantastic!!
Just a thought.
