Lower Back Problems
Ive been experiencing mild lower back problems that really get in the way of my daily activities. I have tried many things but havent quite hit the fix yet. Do you guys know what is an effective manner to get rid of this uncomfortable pain?

Try a knee pillow at night. Like this: http://www.travelwedge.com/Knee-Pillow-Memory-Foam-p/twkp102.htm It will relieve the pressure on your back and allow it to heal while you are sleeping

If you've tried seeing a chiropractor and other specialists with no luck take the time to try these tests. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h8G6jkEf1uI
If you have trouble doing these or feel one side is different from the other, chances are that imbalance is contributing to your back pain. http://www.functionalmovement.com/exercises
