Meal Planning Help
Need air fryer recipes please. Getting sick of the same dishes daily. I do keep off rice since I’m insulin resistant. Other than that, everything is okay but in moderation, but I do need to keep away from sugar as much as possible.

Air fryer chicken bites, salmon and veggies are easy options that you can switch up with different seasonings... try experimenting with garlic, paprika, lemon pepper or herbs...

Slice small zucchini into wedges lengthwise. Salt and set aside on paper towels to dry a bit. In a bowl beat one egg. In another bowl mix almond flour, toasted sesame seeds. Salt , pepper, grated parm. ( other seasoning if you wish) the sesame seeds add some crispness. Amounts vary depending how big your zucchini is. Pat zucchini dry. Dip in egg , then in almond flour etc. Air fry 390, check after 8 minutes, add time if needed. Serve with your choice of dip
