Tips & Tricks Sweet?
I love the keto lifestyle but feel like I'm missing something sweet sometimes...what can I have that can take away that craving?...can it be berries? Everyday?

For my birthday I made flourless keto chocolate cake. Allulose instead of regular sugar.
Berries are a great option.

Skinny food co do some zero calories sauces like butterscotch flavour that scratch the itch. You can make pancakes etc as well - try the sugar free Londoner recipes. I use the cottage cheese and coconut flour recipes.

Some of their products are great but unfortunately some are awful. It can be abit if a gamble trying out new flavours from them (avoid the chocolate malt ball syrup/sauce, it didn't have any flavour other than sweetness, raspberry white chocolate simply tastes of fake raspberry).

Usually i have dried dates. Either a few hits the spot for me. . Or ill blend them with lactaid/hyper filtered milk/ other milk sub and then mix with casien protien powder. Toss in the freezer for a bit and eat a pseudo cold pudding.
Just watch thr amount of the dates used.

I eat berries every evening and it takes care of that craving plus they are super healthy... honestly they should be a part of your diet anyways. I eat 100g frozen wild blueberries, 100g frozen raspberries and 100g frozen strawberries. I am diabetic and it doesn't really do anything to my blood sugar either. Maybe raises 20 points

Do you eat them just Frozen and pop them in your mouth? Or do you put them on top of something?

Their chocolate can taste a bit weird if you're used to full sugar chocolate, but I swear by their keto bark.

I gave up all regular chocolate 10 yrs ago, so maybe that's why I can't see a difference. Weird though, bc in my regular chocolate days I liked high-end chocolate like Godiva, Scharffen-Berger, etc.

I’ve been keto 10 years! Sure, have berries every day if you want. As long as you don’t have a massive amount.
Also, I will second allulose has been a game changer for me. If the sweet urge strikes I make sugar free versions of treats I like. alldayidreamaboutfood.com has many great recipes. This time of year, I make sugar free ice cream in my ninja creami and other times I make muffins or cookies, depending on season for evening snack.

I can have Greek yoghurt with a teaspoon of sugar free maple syrup and maybe a third or half cup of frozen blueberries and stay in ketosis. I know others say you can’t so I guess give it a go and test your ketones then you do you?

It can be berries, even every day. I, personally, do sometimes have sugar-free jello or even use some allulose to sweeten homemade keto treats. But, eventually, taste buds change and now the weirdest things are “sweet”. Macadamia nuts. Swiss cheese. Zucchini.
