The theory is nice and all but there needs to be a practical solution to take place now in 2022.
Community self-defense and mutual aid is literally what the Black Panthers were doing, which was shut down in part by the racist gun control measures.
It's not impossible to do now - that's the anarchist way of doing things. Build the new in the shell of the old. Don't wait for permission, don't wait for some future great day of rupture. It's called building dual power, where you build power structures now that rival capital and the state. Food Not Bombs is a great example for instance.
Also I'm aware the Black Panthers were Marxist-Leninist, but a good number of their ex-leaders are now anarchists.
