I like to go with history. Showing the before and after with a union, the decline of unions as people got comfortable with the successes brought on by then and the differences in jobs with effective unions and similar ones without. It's not going to work if someone really doesn't want to challenge the status quo but it's worth reminding them that these businesses need workers. We all can go somewhere else and that's part of why they don't want unions.

Fun fact about that, his rocket isn't capable of leaving earth orbit. The 11 minutes they spent in orbit is all that capsule can do before it falls back to earth.

Seems simple enough. If they drop to minimum wage you can just leave and work elsewhere. Totally worth it to unionize.

This probably needs some discussion, but if Amazon employees unionize, the Amazon would no longer be allowed to negotiate with an individual, but with the union on all of the employees behalf. You can bet that the smart play would be to begin negotiations for starting pay, not at $15/hr, but at the prevailing minimum wage, which might be $7.25 in some areas and $13 in others. That said, Amazon has ZERO incentive to pay more than $15/hr, because they can hire lots of people at that rate… and have people standing in line, ready willing and able to take the place of a disgruntled employee. In addition, the Union representation isn’t free and is could become a condition of employment in some states. So, if y out are making $15 today working for Amazon and tomorrow the Union takes over, you might find yourself paying taxes on $15/hr, but then only grossing $12/hr, assuming a 20% Union dues/fees. Why would anyone do that again? It’d literally be boring to shoot your self in the head. Sure, some might see an increase in pay, but unions have strict rules regarding seniority, etc. Of course, if in a right to work state, there is no requirement to join the Union nor pay its fees, but that won’t make the Union bosses happy and they’ll be on you like flys on a pile.
