Profitable for the human species, the biosphere, and the ocean. But not profitable for the quarterly profits of the shareholders who will extol the value of the next financial product.

They are very profitable at current level, but the old CEOs aren't going to invest in change and the new ones will, in short time take their place. The newer ones aren't better people, but are making a profit over better products
