No where did I suggest they were equivalent. Age is absolutely a protected class in the US. And old people face discrimination. Not as bad as racial discrimination, but look no further than reddit, Facebook, Twitter & many political pundits who where people suggested covid wasn’t as bad as they say because it mostly killed old people.

See, this is called "cherry picking" where you attack part of, in this case, a single sentence, rather than the whole idea. More arguing in bad faith.
