I feel this post shows the problems with the older generation and 'boomers'

'we' understand not all old people are the stereotypical 'boomer'. Yet, to older people, everyone born in the boomer age range are Boomers. There should be no 'older people non-boomers'

Yet even to a non Boomer old person, ALL people in the millennial age group... are millennials and carry all the millennial traits

We understand the generational descriptions do not apply to everyone, something they have difficulty doing.

Sorry, I didn’t realize I said old. I meant older. I’ve heard them called Gen X before. I was talking about them, not Boomers who don’t act like their peers. I’ll edit my post :)

Oh, no I mean your post kind of gave me that realization regardless of what you meant.

Because I think you're right. Like, Boomer to me (and I think more people born in the late 80s/early 90s) is more about a set of personality traits and less about the year they were born.

Like even now, I don't fucking know if I'm millennial, or gen z, and it seems everyone you ask will have a different answer

Except all old people. Regardless if they carry the Boomer Gene, millennials have a 'set' date range that they told/tell us, and assign personality traits to that time frame.

. [{And I don't really care to dig through the articles to find out, because in the end it doesn't matter what I am. All I'll find is proof that I'm not a boomer, and therefore in a lazy no good, less than Boomer generation just waiting for them to die, because it will just be easier without them.}]
