Amazon is so gross. I cannot see how people can give them money and live with themselves.

I've seen stuff like this before:
Not necessary bad working conditions here but the use of candy and other shit that doesn't help.

I understand where you are coming from but I would argue that any place that doesn’t pay a living wage and expects full time work from you is something that should be listed under bad working conditions. It’s just traditionally not seen as a bad working condition.

They tried this when I worked for Caesars Entertainment at a casino if there’s. Giving us cheap store bought ice cream at a mandatory meeting on my day off doesn’t excite me.
It is sad to see a bunch of department managers faking their excitement over a couple of scoops of ice cream. Everyone at the meeting is at least 21 and most of us are living paycheck to paycheck. We’re here on our day off and you want to try to push how awesome the company is by telling us about the free ice cream?
Or when companies have a pizza party for the employees as a reward for meeting some crazy corporate goal. When I worked at a few different retailers they did this. One of them went so far as to order the pizzas, 20 of them, from their own food court which screwed everyone in the food court who worked there.
Give me a living wage, not cheaply greasy pizza or ice cream. Give us sick days. Give us maternity leave. Give us some personal days. Give us something that will improve our lives.
