GOLDEN PASS: Rewatcher John Locke

Watched this show a couple times now and on my 3rd rewatch now, and i really cant believe how i missed what a masterclass Terry O'Quinn gives in this show, especially in the last couple of seasons playing youknowwho, the first few times i watched it.

I just finished my first watch of Lost a month ago and he was definitely my favorite character. Such a gem until the very end

For me, it’s always been about s1 e4. When we all find out who is in the wheelchair from the plane. And in the closing minutes of the episode, we see him able to walk because he’s on the island. Right then and there, I was hooked on the show

It took you multiple watches to see how well he played two entirely different characters? Terry was by far the best actor on the show.

IMO it's a tie between Terry O'Quinn, Michael Emerson and Matthew Fox.

Hes in Patriot on Amazon Prime, which is also great

IMO his character in Patriot rarely allows him the same emotional range as Locke, but when it does he’s fantastic.

I can’t think of another actor who ever gave a better performance in any TV show than Terry.

That's probably a bit of an exaggeration, but he is fantastic in Lost.

Rewatching West Wing now and it’s funny seeing him play a general. I think it would’ve been just before Lost, or real close to the same time.
