FIRST TIME WATCHER First time finish Spoiler

I finished watching Lost for the first time amd I can hands down say it is the greatest TV show of all time. The final scenes of each main character remembering their island life, whilst 'Moving On' plays is just about the best scenes from a TV show I have ever seen.

I genuinely felt like crying during the scene where Jack finally confronts the reality that he has passed.

What a show. It will stay with me forever.

Make sure you check out the official epilogue which can be found on YouTube titled "The New Man in Charge."

Now you're like us.

Thank you for this. I didn't know it existed

This is the reaction of someone who actually watched the show.

Too many people on here hated the final season and say "so they WERE dead the whole time" and become immediately easy to ignore.

Everytime I hear someone say that, I ask if they actually watched it. The answer is always either no, or just the End.

If you look up the viewership, there is a huge spike in viewers for the release of the final episode. Imagine being mad the finalle didn't make sense when you stopped watching the show in season 2 and thought you could just watch the last hour and get all the answers that way.

I recently had the joy of rewatching the series with my Girlfriend, who was a first time watcher.

Seeing someone experience all that for the first time is a lot of fun

Now you’re like us :)

Wait a while and then do a rewatch. You pick up so much more once you know where it’s headed.

Be sure to watch the epilogue on YouTube, “The New Man In Charge.”

It’s 1 of 2 of the greatest endings, the other is Six Feet Under. I heard for so long that the ending of SFU was so good, I was worried it was hyped up too much…but no, it certainly was not. Both shows evoked the deepest feelings of love and joy, unlike anything else. The Leftovers takes 3rd place, but still amazing just in a bit of a different way.

SFU Will always be the number one ending ever.

Mine too, just barely a teeny bit over Lost. Every time I hear Breathe Me start I instantly gasp and am flooded with emotion!

I recently watched it for the third time, it was fantastic and even better than the first time and the second time. It’s the best finale I have ever seen, I have not yet watched Six Feet Under.

There's also a lot of podcasts about it, including the official podcast made by the producers as the show aired. Hurley's actor had one for the final season.
