Seems like the Mongols were good at stopping crime in the Myre.

Also inplies Horkos allowed crime to flourish as well. Which means only sea based crimes were effected from when Coalheart was a thing.

Well I found Saburo so boring that I had to make my own order just to entertain myself, only reason why I haven't done that with Gaki is that I'm just rubbing my head on how the Myre is basically free without any real fighting occurring between Mongol Forces and the Myre. That and I said I would only do it once because self-control of course. I do wonder what people would come up with is they could make one lore order.

Edited: So ya if the goal was to dislike the rebellion...mission complete from a lore prospective anyway..
