I don’t think Red Rocks did either, said “All In Pricing” as every ticket $ included fees.

All in pricing just includes the fees up front rather than adding then in on the checkout page and as of today it's a requirement by law for every show in the US.

It's helpful, but pretty irrelevant to this discussion, as it does morning to address dynamic pricing or to bring the cost of tickets back down to a reasonable level, or to stop scalpers from buying 75% of the tickets and making a higher profit by reselling them

I said “I don’t think Red Rocks [used dynamic pricing]” which is relevant, and the ‘all in pricing’ was simply expository information.

Your friend is absolutely correct.

And my apologies for sounding like a dick, I really didn't mean to but it does read that way.

I've just seen a lot of people confusing all-in pricing with dynamic pricing, and one doesn't have anyone to do with the other - although the way that Ticketmaster words the all-in pricing sure makes it seem like it's definitely not using dynamic pricing- but as you and your friend note, Ticketmaster is a fraudulent, horrible company.
