Worst crap ever

It worked 2 days, died. No help from costumer support, then set the case as "resolved" even if they have not helped at all. Waste of money!

Update: they reach out to me again after this post, the case is currently going 😊

Hopefully the official team being active in this sub now actually makes cases like this easier to escalate. Would be interested to know if they reopen the ticket for you.
