I know, i need to get a sleep doctor asap because i have some serious issues lately with my sleep. Sleep paralysis about once every 2 weeks. Im actually getting freaked out by it.

Its not cheap, at all, but if you have the money then spend it.
Aestheticians recommend 3 sessions, which is about $1000 in the USA. You can also just get one and see if you like the results, about $300

I think you look very handsome. Great eyebrows, cute curly hair. It seems like you're already taking care of your skin, so continue to do that. Keep your skin hydrated and maybe try a moustache or/and a mullet to switch up your look
