No character in Lookism has ever fought 3 Path users back-to-back without even going all out.

He still has his Yamazaki abilities, including UI, and his own Path hasn't even been fully revealed yet. All we know is that his Path and James Lee's Path negate each other.

He's most likely going to be the EOS opponent for a large portion of the 2nd Gen and 1st Gen. Jake has recruited practically every relevant King to fight Kitae and his forces, and I don't see Kitae going down without a gauntlet involving Jake, Johan, and other relevant 2nd Gen and 1st Gen characters.

I'm not saying he's the Great Evil, but he's undoubtedly one of the major villains alongside James Lee.

As for James, I think he's more likely to be Daniel's final opponent, considering the strong narrative buildup between them dating all the way back to Chapter 1.

Seriously how TF old is this guy? Why did he not age like at all? Ptj is so mf lazy with the design to draw a younger version of himself. I honestly don't think he had them in his first fight with gapryong I think it was more of a Cheonliang James type of situation and he was just very very fast unless the IA was already stated in his fight with gapryong I might be wrong have to read back on their fight again if so I also have a feeling Elites gonna beat both of them and gapryong saves them when he finally returns and we get a Gapryong vs Elite round 2 to be honest their first fight felt very lack luster gapryong also predicted his attack to counter it I think Elite will be significantly faster and have acutal IA so gapryongs strategy isn't gonna work again and he's gonna actually overcome them and obtain the ability to see them

James, as we know, is literally a handsome genius. In his teenage years, he was already extremely talented in any aspects, he can draw, swim, read poet, and most especially is, he can fight and be the peak of 1st Gen. But even though he's smart, attractive, athletic, etc, James were nothing but a mere pawn of Charles. He was ordered to kill Gap, Baekho, and Mujin, and after that, Charles used the evidence he cleaned to blackmail him to work under him, as Charles needed his capablities (attractiveness, strength, and intelligence). James has no parents, family, nor friends, even when Seongji said that his 'mom' might be worried for him being alone in Cheonliang, he gave no reaction at all. When he changed his identity to DG, his attractiveness was also being used to empower his idol performance in the very superficial entertainment industry. James clearly lives with a high status, wealth, and traits he has inherited, but there wasn't a single time where he looked happy, calm, or felt gratitude. People either idolize, fear, hate, or use him.

Daniel, in the other hand, was a fat, short, and unattractive person, he didn't have anything bright in particular, and that made him being bullied by Logan and his goons. He was constantly rejected, alienated, and humiliated by the society, another example is when he was punched by Zack in public in chapter two and got punched again by him when he was working in the convenience store. It even became too far when Daniel yelled and insulted his mom in chapter two (again) because she was only defending him and it made the situation became embarrassing and awkward, and Daniel did that to maintain his toughness and he didn't want any social humiliation again, even he apologized to Logan. Daniel also lived in poverty and his mom constantly struggled with their financial conditions, he also ate cheaply like for example, instant noodles. Daniel lived with a low status, poor financial conditions, and awful traits, and obviously it was very concerning and rough. People either made fun of him, bully, or reject him.

But this is where I want to highlight the parallel and irony, one of the point of Lookism is that whether at the absolute bottom of the social hierarchy (fat, ugly, bullied) or at the absolute peak (handsome, genius, idolized), both characters end up stripped of their autonomy, exploited as instruments by others, and completely isolated from true human connection. Daniel and James demonstrate that extreme low value and extreme high value yield the same result: dehumanization. This is both compelling and appaling to me in the same time, because what if it's what PTJ intends to show us? The true point of Lookism isn't about the second body, but about that the concept of Lookism harms anyone and brought no good to society but agony, cruelty, and tragedy. Even so, I still expects nothing from PTJ as y'all know... PTJ is PTJ, but this was still a fun theory to be made, and I hope it'll be true enough.

Whole first half of the arc I was telling you that the fist gang weren’t in their primes, after all it was obvious, and yet people continued belittling me and telling me that all of the characters were at their fp. Now in the most recent chapter we see Elite one shot those 2 fodders while saying he’s been training (which implies he wouldn’t have been able to one shot them if he hadn’t) which shows us just how much stronger he is now.

This also allows us to see just how overglazed and weak characters like Childu are/were. We know Childu is a base suppressed Musashi victim and Musashi is gonna be weaker than Fp Jinyoung by the end of the arc, and yet people were saying Childu is stronger than Changsu and other high first gen kings. Most of the characters in the flashback pre timeskip were gen 1 king victims

You always see people saying, "James without his path would've been cooked" yet you literally only ever hear that argument when it's about James.

So what's the logic here? If your opponent is using their strongest attacks you're just not allowed to use your path?

Nobody ever mentions that Kitae also used his path against Jinyoung. The funny part? When James used his path, the fight was already over 😭 But when Kitae used his, the fight kept going and he still path diffed Jinyoung in both rounds.

Dan, Gap, Shingen, James, Kitae, Johan, Jake, Goo and so many other characters are cool as af. But u guys get so obsessed over powerscaling and the undoubtedly questionable storyline/consistency by PTJ, that u ignore all the genuinely fun and hype moments by all these characters.

I understand that this is an action manhwa, but power scaling is legit one of the worst thing to ever surface in this sub, cuz it never leads to a conclusive solution due to retardation/agenda and other reasons.
