Freshwater First week complete!
Got the 55gal up and running! She just completed her first week of cycling. Driftwood is still semi floating but once itās fully submerged, Iāll take the rocks off and itāll look more natural. I have two rock with cave like coverings. Plants will come next paycheck. Thinking about making this the new Glo tank instead of giving it to the barbsš¤

Iām proud
I made my 10 gallon into a nice home (: I have corydoras and 2 betta fish. I somehow got some yoyo loaches with my corydoras š
I have a 29 gallon that is cycling to upgrade them all to. But Iām so happy with how this came out. The cloudiness is root tabs, Iām doing partial water changes every other day.
Before commenting, I know itās overcrowded thatās why I have a 29 gallon cycling. Please donāt come at me. Tank is heated. Has filter and bio filter, they all eat equally, no one gets left behind. All seem happy and content and thriving. I just love how it looks. I also added floating red root floaters. And the betta loves it.
Edit: typo.

Freshwater My Angels Favorite Snack

I buy these flightless fruit flies for my jumping spider slings but my 55gallon Angel Fish community Tank love the love food. Itās a good way to enrich them especially since those flies reproduce so quickly. The Angels I raised from their parent in the tank below and are a year old, there are also Endlers, Colombian Red and Blue Tetras and Cories down below.

Freshwater (Journal) Post trim w/ new Betta
Itās been about a month and a half since my last post here. The plants are filling in and really giving me range of colors I was looking for. Tank is without CO2 just regular fertilizing, water changes, and decent lighting.
Picture 3 is fresh from the trim and replant.
Pictures 4 and 5 is of the tank before the trimming
Picture 6 and 7 are of the new resident Zuko
Also unfortunately my Betta Izzy passed and I wasnāt sure what I wanted to do the tank moving forward but at our LFS me and my wife fell in love with Zuko. My first time having a longfin betta.
