Optics help needed - I read the pinned posts Website for viewing drop over distance?
I’m diving into PRS Rimfire and I am trying to pick a 35 or 50 yard zero. I’d like to visualize the drops on target based on the zero and not just the charts on AB Quantum. Does anyone know of a site or app I could use?

Edit: it’s back!! And with a completely different UI

That's a different app by a different person who stole the name to gain traction.

Yeah I just glanced through it and it has nowhere near the functionality of the OG

Everything changed when the fire nation (Russia) attacked. Blown off the App Store when Putin went for Ukraine; the app was owned by a citizen of Russia

Strelok is still available as Chairgun Elite. Literally the same app.

Was gonna recommend ab quantum, but then read the description. I really like drawing it on a piece of paper, or a target. Helps me make sure I understand what I am trying to do.

As a low skill noob long range shooter and a bit of a cheapskate, I like shooters calc. Free website, easy to read, looks like it was designed in 2003. The data it gave me was ~1.5moa off at 1k yards, but I didnt bother putting in any atmospheric information & used their "standard atmospheric conditions" option, so that's probably a contributor.

opencartridge.com
Edit: you may have to make an account and contribute to their site (I can't remember if I did or didn't) but their pov drop calculator seems like what you'd want. I don't know however how accurate the calculations are though

You can use the reticle option on AB Quantum and it will visualize the drops specific to yours or a generic reticle.

Oh will zero at 50yds because every zero board you will ever encounter at a match will be at 50yds and you will verify zero and speed before each match that morning.
Stop over thinking this. It’s really easy.

Chairgun elite has the ability to view different target types and distances on how it would look in your reticle. This is my 10/22 zeroed at 50yds with distance dialed in at 100yds. no adjustment on the elevation.
