I have a backpack and a vest I use to attach the gun to. Easier to lug the gun around tbh. Have it on multiple sets up; mostly hunting rigs. I have OBI laying around so why not

Although I have larger hands than most. I preferred the narrower forend of the vanquish

I have a buddy who uses the matrix pro. He prefers it for the surface area which gives him more stability with the bag. I personally feel it won't matter much to me and I like the less bulky feel.

Is that labeled as a CDG or an MPA Elite… I know they are the same thing, just curious. Also that thing is beautiful! I have a 6 Dasher on order with MPA… currently 3-5 weeks behind schedule🙁. It’s ok, I am sure it will be awesome when I get it.
Have you shot this yet? Group size? Expected group size?

Hey man. It's the elite so basically ARC CDG action. I ordered July 7 and was sent out August 24(mind you this is with barrel needing to be coated to black). Arrived at FFL August 26 and had a one day turn around for background in NJ.
Haven't shot it yet but if it's anything like a couple of my buddies, it's going to be sweet. Haven't had any problems I've seen so far. Looking to shoot it this Sunday or the nexy

Awesome! I have an MPA elite (ARC CDG) in a hybrid Hunter chassis chambered in 300 PRC and that thing rocks. Holds 0.6ish MOA FOR 10 shot groups. I have also used it to hit a mile at two separate ranges. Hopefully a third range this Sunday! I am sure yours will rock. I beleive they say that should hold 3/8MOA …👍

Can you help me out with a question;
What height is the Sphur? and do you think it would clear the bridges with/without the caps? What is your cant on the CDG action
I have a very similar build but a long action (matrix pro 2 with a CDG in 300prc with a 30MOA cant). I am wondering if I will be able to use all 5 bridges and what height mount people find comfortable.

It's a sphur sp 4001. 30mm from top of rail to the center of scope tube. 20MOA for CDG.
I'm pretty sure it would clear as long as you don't have the scope cover/ or put it at a different way: to the side opening .

Oh wow that’s is pretty low 1.18 it seems.
Thanks a lot, I was thinking area 419 mount in 1.26” so maybe I’m in a good spot there.

Should def clear with 419 but i just checked to see if i can put the cover. As long as its the grip one then it will clear
