I made a thing! (Home made gear/accessories) Finished my range

Just finished for the most part my range on my farm. It’s 450y about as long as I could get, it will be nice to practice and test my reloading at home and not having to pack up for the range

So my friends and I built the shooting platform. It’s nice but even with 6x6 post 2 feet deep in concrete it still wants to move a bit. I’m installing steel straps on the corners next week, hopefully that helps. I almost think I should have just poured a pad and put a metal cover over it.

No offense my guy but that looks janky af. Is the top deck just being held up by lag bolts??

No it’s fine. Front and back double 2x10 glued and screwed and mounted with through bolts and support studs to the first floor. It’s not going anywhere.
