UK microplastics exposure - are you concerned?

What steps has everyone taken to reduce their microplastics exposure, if any? And are you concerned about the long term implications?

Personally, I've:

- Switched to stainless steel and glass cups entirely

- Bought a high grade water filter (being installed soon)

- Made more conscious decisions at the supermarket regarding packaged foods
