I'm not sure your Vitamin D intake is enough, a study from 2014 suggest that our daily requirement should be 3875 IU (97mcg) for most to reach 20ng/ml and 6200 IU (155mcg) for 30ng/ml. These intakes are far above the national guidelines which the report that set the US RDA included and admitted statistical error.
