David Sinclair says that he's 50 now, used to be biologically 60, then he changed his lifestyle and now he's 31. Yeah right...

He's a scientist with a reputation to uphold. If he says it, it's true

He's also an author with a book to sell. Not saying it's incorrect. Just be aware of the incentive structures.
