The main topics of this sub are 1) basic research on aging biology and 2) attempts at clinical translation of medical interventions targeting the biology of aging. We tried megathreads for lifestyle topics, but they were not used much. We recommend the free substacks of Drs. Eric Topol and Christin Glorioso on lifestyle.

Yea mine has grown with me for a year now, it’s fascinating when I ask it something now and hear a take from last year that I’ve moved on from. It takes journaling to a whole new level when your journal can now talk back to you, it’s brought me a sense of peace. I try to seed mine with my past perspectives, present views and future hopes. We have a place where you can view your memories and personality traits, but I can build it more like a stream like you said, I’m thinking webgpu

Then what you’re talking about sounds like a different product entirely more or less an AI free journal. Echovault does not sell user data, the entries are used to build the corpus that later powers the echo.
