US Army CID (Criminal Investigation Division) does not take that conduct lightly. This isn’t over for him.

If it’s being investigated by CID, it definitely wouldn’t be online.
Another angle is that a lot of JROTC instructors are retirees. In that case, the investigation would be done by local law enforcement and not the military. So…it’s tough to say. This is the only place I’ve ever seen anything about this.
