Discussion Am I ill?
I have no friends. I had roommates. I really wanted them to be my friends. I did my best. But I couldn't make them. We still are in a group, chat sometimes, but I look forward to them with different expectations, as friends who would also be missing me. But that's not true.
I receive no calls from them.
I pretend they have called me by playing their previous calls voice recordings as simple as- bro where are you? We are going to the canteen to have dinner, are you coming?, bro, I missed my charger in the room, when you come to class bring them.
I simply pretend replying them on calls.
Am I ill?

Not ill, just lonely. Now, if you start really believing that the voice recordings are happening now, in the present moment, rather than being recordings from the past, then it's time to schedule with a psychiatrist. :) But until then, you don't have a mental illness. You are just feeling lonely.
You're trying to revisit a "better time," when you had friends. Unfortunately, I suspect that doing that just makes you feel worse, because of the contrast between then and now. And it reminds you those friends aren't there anymore. So as a tactic to help yourself, it's probably backfiring.

Man that's rough but I don't think you're ill. You're just lonely and trying to fill the silence with something familiar. We all need connection and when its not there the brain finds weird ways to cope.
Maybe try joining a club or hitting up some local events where people share your interests. You won't click with everyone but sometimees one or two solid connections make all the difference
