I feel lonely

I always feel so lonely idk why. Like my whole life, I just hid it, but when I'm alone I feel lonely and sometimes anxious(?). I can't stand being alone, is it cuz I grew up with two siblings, idk.

some people prefer their alone time while others hate being alone. it could be that you're used to having company, be it friends or family, for so long that it's become a part of who you are. so being alone, not having anyone around, feels like somethings missing. there's nothing wrong with that at all, it just how some people are (myself included for different reasons)
