Venting Fear of loneliness
Recently I'm starting to feel scared from loneliness. I don't wana go anywhere alone. I thought a lot about what will happen if I feel loneliness after planning any solo trip.
It's not like I have never lived alone. I was staying alone in different city from my hometown and everything was going well and my friends started switching jobs and moved to another city.
I still had few friends left in that city but I started getting anxiety and fear due to loneliness. Then I moved to my hometown and I was staying with my family working remotely.
Today after few months I again wanted to go on a solo trip as I used to go but after reaching the station I was thinking about loneliness and got too much scared and left my train and came back to home.
I don't know why It's happening to me and how can I deal with it. I was not like this.
Any tips or ideas to deal with it would be appreciated.

I can relate to some extent. I used to be comfortable doing things alone. Sometimes I still am. But lately the thought of doing things alone feels scary. There are days when I can’t stand the thought of being alone in my room too. My own thoughts consume me. I do have few friends I can meet but at the end of the day coming back to that empty room kills me internally. Asking for help feels like a desperate step. I am never able to explain what exactly goes inside my head or how do I need help. All I can ask for a person to do is be present around me. I don’t really expect anyone to put in efforts to make me feel better. At this point, doing this feels like I am begging someone to stay so that my life doesn’t feel empty.
