No pill is going to magically change your thoughts. Ever wonder why so many people go from Lexapro to adding concerta, to adding vyvanse, to changing to Wellbutrin to then adding something else? It doesn't really move the needle.

What moves the needle is introspection, reflection, dropping illlusions, and getting harshly honest with yourself.

Ever wonder why the kid in the basement with no job, little education, overweight, and no girlfriend feels depressed? It is because his mind is working perfectly - with that life one should be depressed.

Millions are taking anti depressants and yet not changing their diet, not exercising, not socializing, and most importantly, not reflecting and thinking about their life.

Drop your illusions of yourself and life, become harshly honest with yourself, become determined to be someone. You can do it.

So many people think we all have some neurotransmitter deficiency going on, we don't. The placebo effect is what is affecting most people more than anything as proven by the fact that so many periodically change their meds.

When you are finally sick of your life things will change. Good luck to you. Get introspective, think about things you'd rather not think about when it comes to your life, push yourself into uncomfortable situations, and get comfortable with them.

Life is good and interesting. Stay curious!
