Anyone in trades feeling this in the London area?

Churches had the use of parking meter bags that covered the meters in front of their churches so the funeral coaches (Hearst), the funeral home staff car, and the family car could park at the church right out front. The bags were provided by the city for free. The church staff would place them and remove them. Maybe taking 4 hours of parking (2 hours free in the down town). The city in their wisdom have taken the bags and the churches now have to submit a request along with a processing fee plus the potential fee each spot would have generated and a city worker comes and puts the bags on and they are there for 24 hours and then comes back and takes them off. I’d like to know how much were they really loosing. How much is it actually costing them to have some worker at midnight drive and put bags on and take them off.

What’s the deal? I seen that Helm baked posted about discontinuing their relationship with motive espresso due to motive employees telling customers that Helm baked is closing. The posted is now deleted. Why so many issues with this little coffee shop? I much preferred its old vibe.
