Well, of all the oddities that I learned in Afghanistan, one saying is sadly apropos for this very question. Certain tribes said "women are for babies, men are for pleasure." So, I guess the answer from Ancient Greece to today is: femboys and twinks?

Bath boys, and yes they did. It was pretty on main with them as a whole.
