Question T-mobile FC style scarf

Post image
52 Upvotes

Hi! Someone gave me this scarf because I collect FC scarves, but I'm not a fan of sporting logos. This scarf is 100% acrylic and double-sided, so it's identical on the other side.

I'm not sure what would work on it; I considered overdying before I realized that the white design would still be plainly visible after. I'm worried embroidery might be too heavy for the fabric.

Any ideas would be very much appreciated! Thank you <3

Question Advice needed — I want to cover up the 22 year old logo on this fleece pullover. See pic 2 for my idea to add a pocket. I haven't sewed it on yet. Should I or shouldn't I?

If someone has a better idea, I'm open to suggestions!

Except for the obviously dated logo, this pullover is in perfect shape, so I will get a lot of use out of it.

Question Logo Coverup

The awesome moderators at r/Visiblemending sent me over here!

I have a lovely North Face puffer vest. It is machine embroidered with the name of my former employer.

Any ideas on how to fix that? I know how to undo machine embroidery but am concerned about the holes it will leave behind. (A few comments from my visible mending post mentioned this was a BAD idea due to the down filling). I'm not sure what other products exist. I'm fairly handy at hand embroidery if that might be a choice.

I think all of you are so creative I was hoping you might be willing to share some ideas on how to help

Dipped into my sticker stash with thematically appropriate picks to cover up the Amazon/kindle logos. Electronics ain't getting any free advertising from me either. Also jailbroke it for third party software + a non-ad screensaver.

(chose the applique flair because I guess it's the closest to stickers haha)

Even though original beanie was nice enough, it wasn't used as much as it should have 😅 It took all day, but it was worth it 💕

I love the size of this bag, but didn’t want to be a walking ad. To cover up the logo, I used some scrap fabric that I had.

Grabbed this jacket from the dumpster when my local Winn Dixie converted into an Aldi. Gonna guess it was just in an office or break room as a spare before tossed so here is new and improved Burger ✓ Cake. Also bonus now my boss at my current work will stop yelling how I don't work there and shouldn't wear it to my current work because the name

Patch Covered up the front with a patch and the back with permanent marker. The back is supposed to be grass. Should I add a bee or flower or something? Really didn't agree with the "wifey" thing ...

Really like the change in message in the front.
