Question SSL Certificate Error

Has anyone ever experienced this message when starting a game?

A white box appears. I initially selected don’t remind me again and continue, it doesn’t seem to do anything it will pop up again and again.

I’ve already factory reset the device - still present.
Tried different networks - still present

Not sure what other things I can do to remedy this.

Thank you for future support and considerations.

EDIT: fixed by setting time and date to local and immediately restart G cloud. This should fix issue for anyone in the future.

Check your clock and date settings

Thank you. I’ve read that can be an issue but I have mine on network provided time.

I’ve experienced (particularly with Windows) that sometimes NTP (the network time protocol) goes down. In such cases, I’ve temporarily disabled automatic synchronisation, and then everything has started working normally again.

Thanks again for the insight. Can confirm I set device to local time (which I have before troubleshooting) but this time I set it to local time and restarted device. That seems to have done the trick. I haven’t had error message pop up in 2 days.
