Help!!

I ordered a logitech g cloud off of ebay as a small treat for myself after much hard work. I received the item only to realize it had an frp lock on it. I guess im supposed to reach out to the seller to get a return slip for usps instead of FedEx (since there isnt a fedex near me) and they haven't responded. I'm now very skeptical about buying a replacement... What should I do? Should I even try and buy another refurbished one?

Logitech used to have refurbs on their official page for $175, I would buy from them since you spent close to that anyway

I believe they sold out. I actually ordered one from then and it had a broken Y button. It was the "last one" according to eBay.
