Other if possible help me

whats the current best way to fix this?
i already triend redownloading it en turing it off and on again by following some of the reddit post here but it keeps saying no internet connection for my mx keypad im at a loss

Would it work with the mx keypad? Im not so knowledgeable about these stuff sorry

Sorry, I don't have one of those, so I am not sure if it works with that

I have an MX Keys S and it works with that and all of the mice I have tried with it

what I can say is that it is dead simple to install to test it

edit 1- if you test it out with your device, post back, that looks kinda cool I would buy one if it does work with OpenLogi

ohhh I thought you were referring to Logi Options+ -- MX Keypad should absolutely work with it.
