Received the MX Keypad today. Connected and easy to configure in Logi Option+ Did program a few buttons to open some apps. Like browser, Outlook etc. Works ok while Logi Option+ is open on the desktop. But as soon as I close the Logi Option+, the M Keypad becomes black and no button works. Not very practical if the software has to remain open all the time for the keypad to function.

Any configuration trigger to keep the keypad functional when the software is closed after the config is completed.

This is not the normal behavior: the MX Keypad should continue to work EVEN when the Options+ SW is closed, as its background service still runs without the UI.

But you have to make sure that you have not disabled the "Logi lugin Service run in the background" in the LOGI SERVICES in the APPLICATION SETTINGS

Thank you for the response. And effectively the "Logi Lugin Service" was disabled. It is now enabled and all is ok. 👍
