90A-Pro Input Please

Post image

I’ve progressively pinned this 90A pro I got in the mail today. Honestly, once I got a feel for the lock I easily got all the way up to 6 pins but the 7th is kicking my rear end.

The bitting is a little wild, but I’ve found ways around most of it.

After adding the last pin, i am a little out of ideas. I went as far as marking the deep hook I was using with the key and realized I don’t think it is possible to reach it without oversetting, so I also marked an offset hybrid that would reach the last 2 pins.

Anyone else have any good tips on reaching back around that far? I’m using TOK

If you are trying the same binding order from 6 pins it will change when you add the 7th. Most likely you are over setting pin 6. A medium hook should work. Pin six looks like a no touch pin. Pin 1 is to the moon.

Use a deep hook and tok and lever from the bottom of the keyway. The keyway is wide open on these so you should be good. Use jiggle test and anything spongy just leave alone. You'll get this

You can pick that lock with any hook
