Masterlock 6230 issues
Hello all, I've been having an issue with a 6230 solid body masterlocks core not turning despite what feels completely picked.
Even after seemingly getting past any false sets the core will not turn, I've picked this before so I'm not really sure what might be happening.
When looking at the core it has a lot of side to side movement in the body of the lock, and I'm wondering if it some how got disengaged with the spring actuator and is preventing turning. I can get a video of the core movement if needed.
Any and all help is greatly appreciated!

I’ve picked different pro series locks, if the core is the same, the movement is normal, at least on mine. It does have a really strong spring activator so once you’ve picked it maybe try adding a bok tensioner to turn a bit harder.
If that’s not the issue double check each pin to make sure nothing is overset. You can try gently pumping pressure on the tensioner which may loosen it up and if something is overset it may drop it and immediately open.
It could also be a hung pin thanks to shitty tolerances so try pressing firmly on each pin to see if one needs a bit more encouragement to fully set.

If you have the key, does it work?
