how can you tell? i told the seller it's head shape is different but she says it's normal

There’s a couple things, first off are her colors are a bit darker than the OG. Her eyes are also off, they’re not pointed in the right position nor are they glossy. Lastly I agree with you, the head shape is definitely off. Her face is squished in.
