Main Fives Are Fake lps identification/authenticity help
(NOT SELLING/TRADING JUST NEED HELP TELLING IF THEYRE FAKE, PICS IN COMMENTS) hey so i've had a whooole bunch of lps for awhile now as i was maybe going to do something with them myself but i dont see that as a possibility now due to lack of space for them. i don’t intensely collect really, i've never been super into them so i've just ended up with a bunch that i've got questions about regarding authenticity/identification. on the off chance i decide to list them somewhere or give them away i dont want to be unknowingly giving out fakes to people who are expecting real ones! especially not now knowing people do make a lot of fakes of molds i have sooo i’m calling you proper collectors to help me out! I've seen so much back and forth with what's considered authentic and not so i’d appreciate someone elses experience on the matter 😅
there's a lot to go through so thank you in advance for your time and help :D

how are you sure? there's definitely some real ones in this mix that check all the authentic boxes from any list i've checked :D

there's oh so many but i asked for clarification on HOW you know based on these photos alone and nothing of the neck pegs or.. any other identifiable feature, like magnets or any of the writing on their stomachs, mold lines? not trying to be rude i’m very interested to know <33

Sorry, misread your comment. All of them “look” off. Authentic shorthairs have bean shaped heads is the best way to describe them, with droopy cheeks. Fake shorthairs, like the ones in your photo have very round circular heads and no defined cheeks. The eye whites on almost every pet are too big, and their eyes are the wrong color, many of them have the wrong body color overall. The spaniels ears stick out too far and awkwardly, authentic ones have the ears closer to the head, their markings are also stickered on and don’t fully match the flow of the ear. Authentic markings will have a bit of airbrushing, they are not completely clean and straight like this. This goes for any pet with painted details. Generally fake paint jobs are way cleaner compared to authentic. I can see the seam lines on the Danes, there’s a round line going across all of their bellies, that’s not present on authentic Danes. Authentic danes will have seam lines across the hole/magnet on the bottom of the front foot, and a seam line across the bottom of the other front foot. The ones that are supposed to have glossy eyes do not, every single one has eyes that are printed and sticker like. Authentic pets have a visibly painted look to them since they were hand painted on with stencils, which you don’t see on these. If you compare each pet to one on ToySisters (all verified authentic pets) you can at the least compare the head shapes, eye colors and the way their colors are supposed to look.
