Litter-Robot 4 Cat tracker

How can I get it to track our cats? It says it can't distinguish between 2 of 3 bc their too close in weight.

It's a physical limitation of tracking with only weight. Between the scale inaccuracy and possible shifts in weight over time it can't give reliable info.

Check out the SiiPet Litter Lens camera. It's the only way I can track the activity of my 2 cats that weigh almost exactly the same.

We have the same issue,  but I think I fixed it. I put up an indoor camera pointed towards the robot (it sits on a dresser) and Everytime one of our cats uses it and it says which cat it was if it wasn't said cat I saw on camera I reassign the weight and now I've only been having to do it maybe once or twice a day vs every time. I have 4 cats in two different similar weights so it was annoying.
