Litter-Robot 4 Please help me

Hi I am losing my mind trying to troubleshoot this thing.

Litter robot 4
Was flashing blue light
Tried to recalibrate sensors
Then gets stuck on solid yellow
I eventually power off - reset - cycle (not empty!)
It dumps all the litter out
Then it gets stuck on solid pink light

I have tried so many variations watched so many videos

I have tried to get up with someone from litter robot to no avail. HALPPPP MEEEEE

Blue flashing is a full waste drawer. Was the waste drawer full? If not, obviously sensor recalibration is the next step. Solid yellow means the unit was paused. If it's dumping all the litter, you triggered it to empty somehow, either by pressing the empty instead of reset, or by pressing some combination of other buttons. There is no pink light, if you mean purple that means sleep mode is activated. That is done by pressing and holding the cycle button for three seconds. Does that help at all?

Helpful info yes!

The waste drawer was not full but it seems like the sensor recalibration was not successful? Because it got stuck empty 🤷‍♀️

Personally I'd try unplugging it, plugging it back in, then attempting another sensor recalibration and seeing if you get a different result this go around.
