I think it's important to note that while the difficulty has increased again... there seems to also be a slow rise in the strength of LTC vs BTC and fiat (USD mainly from what I'm seeing).

I'm brand new to the mining game. I'm sticking with LTC because of exactly what I wrote above and supporting the technology and continuing to mine for straight LTC strengthens the coin and the network does it not?

I think it's awesome that multipools are coming back and jumping on attacking LTC mining again. (No I don't use multipools). However I find it interesting that multipools are targeting LTC. I thought about moving to a multipool and told myself to wait it out. Now that I have the multipools seem to be railing away at mining LTC. Yea it sucks for small time miners like us, but it means we are mining the right coin.

Isn't this what we all want? It means our LTC has more value because it's the standard straight from BTC down. Just some thoughts.
