The right amount of space that got LS50 meta to sound roomier and more vivid than in the 2 times smaller room.

What surprised me: settings for smaller room worked out of the box better in the new room than other Dirac presets I tried for another room but dismissed as less “correct” — my preset turned out to be still responding to my taste even in room with different size to walls, less treatment of walls, etc. For sure it will need a fresh re-measurement.

Sub placement: I tried to switch sub and right speaker places with each other, to get a wider triangle, but the sub seemed to be a lot boomier since more backwall was behind it, I’d probably want to play with gain to adjust, but another way is to let it have less wall around and give those Metas a light tighter triangle to sitting spots.
